1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tkbit platform and all related services. By using the tkbit website, app, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using tkbit's services.
tkbit operates an online entertainment platform for users in Bangladesh. We are committed to providing a gaming experience in a safe and reliable environment. These Terms are written in Bengali and operate within the framework of Bangladeshi law.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
To use tkbit's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years old. tkbit provides services only to those aged 21 and above.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
- You must hold a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or bank account registered in your own name.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming or betting is not legally prohibited in the country where you are located.
- You must create an account for yourself and voluntarily; creating an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
tkbit reserves the right to verify your age. If any user provides a false age, their account will be closed immediately and any transactions on that account will be considered void.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on tkbit, you must provide accurate and complete information. All details submitted at registration must be your own and truthful.
- Each person may open only one account.
- Account details such as name, mobile number, and payment method information must be kept accurate.
- If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
3.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. Never share your username or password with any third party. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the tkbit support team immediately.
3.3 Identity Verification
tkbit reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for the purposes of security and fraud prevention. This may include a request to submit a national identity card, passport, or other documents.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods can be used to make deposits on tkbit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other Bangladeshi banks).
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- It is recommended that the payment method used for deposits and the one used for withdrawals be the same.
- The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
- Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
4.2 Withdrawals
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
- Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings obtained from a bonus.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 120% bonus is offered on the first deposit at tkbit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → total balance ৳2,200
- Deposit ৳26,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳41,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example:
- ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer can be used only once.
- Bonus offers are personal and non-transferable.
- tkbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- In cases of bonus abuse (multiple accounts, false information, etc.), the bonus will be forfeited.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per household or per device.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
The tkbit platform offers slots, live casino, sports betting, and other gaming categories. Each category has its own rules, which are described in detail within the game interface.
6.1 General Gaming Principles
- All game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG), which is fair and verifiable.
- If your internet connection is lost during a game, the wagered amount will be refunded or settled in accordance with the standard rules of that game.
- It is the user's own responsibility to understand the rules of each game.
- tkbit is not responsible for any gaming strategy employed by a user.
6.2 Sports Betting
Bets can be placed on various sporting events in the sports betting section. tkbit always endeavours to provide accurate market information; however, if incorrect information is displayed due to a technical error, tkbit reserves the right to void or review the relevant bet.
- Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi.
- A bet cannot be changed after it has been placed (where a cash-out facility is available, it will apply separately).
- If an event is cancelled, the wagered amount will be refunded.
7 Security & Privacy
tkbit uses SSL encryption technology to protect your personal information and financial transactions. Our platform operates on a fair play basis.

- We may provide information to authorities only where required by legal obligation.

8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbit platform:
- Any fraudulent activity such as using bots, gaining an advantage through software, or hacking.
- Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources.
- Creating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses.
- Using another person's account or using a third-party payment method.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
- Threatening or harassing other users.
- Providing false information or concealing your identity.
- Any activity that violates the Terms of Service or fair play policy.
If any such activity is detected, tkbit reserves the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit any deposited funds.
9 Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure by tkbit
tkbit may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Any breach of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or manipulation.
- Failure to complete account verification or provision of false information.
- As directed by legal authorities.
- If an account remains inactive for an extended period (tkbit will provide prior notice).
9.2 Closure by the User
You may close your account at any time. Before doing so, please withdraw any eligible funds remaining in your balance. Contact the support team to close your account.
10 Limitation of Liability
tkbit strives to provide uninterrupted service as much as possible. However, tkbit is not liable in the following circumstances:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical errors.
- Loss caused by faults in third-party game software.
- Loss caused by unauthorised access to your account (where this results from your own negligence).
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
tkbit's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.
11 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. tkbit endeavours to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

12 Terms & Conditions Changes
tkbit reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes:
- You will be informed via a notice or banner on the platform.
- The date on which the changes take effect will be clearly stated.
- Continuing to use the platform after the changes will indicate that you have accepted the new terms and conditions.
- If you do not agree with the new terms and conditions, you will have the option to close your account.
